SHIPPING POLICY

Most of the products we have can be shipped via UPS to any destination in the United States or the 10 Canadian provinces.. However, UPS has guidelines that cannot always be calculated via this web site and the actual weight and physical dimensions of the final package will need to be taken at the time of shipment. If there is a discrpancy in shipping cost due to size or weight of an order, one of our courteous and helpful salespeople will call you with an update prior to shipping.

Some of the known exceptions that you will be called about are:

• All lighting panels 25" x 50" and under will have a $20.00 crate charge. Anything larger we will call with final costs.
   
  
• Podiums will be shipped by common carrier only! There is an $80.00 crate charge, plus shipping charges, added to your order. We will call with final shipping charges. Also when shipped by common carrier someone must be available to sign for the order or a second delivery charge will be added. This is a charge that is charged to us by the shipping company.
   
  
• Shipping of large sheets (48" x 96" or larger) will be charged $25.00 for palletizing plus shipping costs. The large sheets will have to be shipped common carrier. Sheets 24" x 48" and smaller can be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Box charge for this size will be $20.00.
