SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Machine World Plastics warrants the merchandise shipped by Machine World Plastics to be free from damages and defects in workmanship when shipped to our customers. Claims for in transit damages must be made to the delivering carrier at the time of receipt.

Always open and inspect all packages for damages before accepting, preferably in the presence of the carrier's delivery person.  This guarantee does not cover shipping damages. All claims for shipping damages must be made to the carrier at the time of receipt. Claims cannot be processed without delivery driver report.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (except damaged items) Machine World Plastics will refund for any customer reason the actual price paid for any item, part, kit, or accessory (custom manufactured orders not included, non-refundable) if return postmarked within 10 business days of billing/ invoice date,  accompanied by the original proof of purchase (shipping & handling charges are non-refundable). shipping or postage prepaid, insured against loss, in original packaging and in original condition received. Opened, damaged (including unclaimed shipping damages) or used items are not refundable.
