To facilitate your order and to provide the highest level of service possible to our customers, MachineWorldPlastics.com (“We”, “Our”, “Us”) collects personally identifiable information from our customers such as names, email addresses and demographic information such as country, region, mailing address, postal code, credit card information and telephone numbers and a password when you create your account. We also collect the IP Address, browser type, domain name, access times, referring Web site address, screen size and depth, operating system information and visit pattern of each visitor to our web site. WHAT WE DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION
We never sell or rent your personal financial information with any third party under any circumstances. We will provide your financial information only with our own billing department, and only for the purposes of fulfilling our commitment to you, our valued customer. USE OF WEB BEACONS
Some of our Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons, which are also called single-pixel gifs. OUR POLICY IN A NUTSHELL
Though all of the above information is very descriptive and makes our lawyers happy, we'd like to take this opportunity to lay this out in plain English:
- The information we collect is used to deliver the products or services you requested to YOU. We're not interested in sharing that information. We honestly don't think you need another 1,200 Spam emails in your inbox. We might occasionally send you an email, but it'll be worth it, or we won't send it. Promise.
- If you are under the age of 13, DON'T USE OUR WEB SITE. Have your parents shop with us and get you what you wanted.
- We will NEVER share ANY of your personal information you provide us with ANYONE without your permission. Never, Period, End-Of-Story. They'll need to pry it off of our hard drives with a seach warrant
- This site uses cookies to help make your experience better, we're not using them to hide information on your machine or track your travels on the Internet. It's none of our business, and we don't want or need to know.
- There may be web beakons on some of our pages. We try to make sure that none of these use tracking cookies or any other form of privacy invasion, but we can't necessarily be sure that an affiliate of ours doesn't use them. If you want to run spyware blockers to stop these beakons from storing tracking cookies or other information on your computer, go ahead and use them. You're not going to hurt our feelings a bit, we use them, too.
- You can change or delete ANY information you want from our database at ANY TIME. It's our only record of you, and you'll never have to worry about us tracking you back down. We want you to shop with us because we've done a great job of working with you, and because you think we did it right.
- We take your personal information VERY seriously. It's stored in a protected database on a protected server, scrambled with military strength encryption, only WE have the code to unlock that information, and it's stored on a DIFFERENT secured server, in a file that's scrambled with yet another code. Nobody but you and our staff will EVER see it unless you tell us to let them, or a man with a badge walks in with a warrant.
- If we ever sell our plastics division, we're going to sell your information with it. It's a commodity, and a valuable one in the Internet game. But Don't Worry, We're NICE PEOPLE, and we'll let you know it's coming.
- If you live outside the United States of America and you happen to have a problem with your information being stored here, DON'T GIVE IT TO US. We don't currently ship outside the U.S. anyway.
- If we change this document, we'll post that fact somewhere where you can find it, we'll send you an email, and we'll shout from the mountain tops to make sure you know. These are your rights, you should be aware of them.
